Convention Registration
Good Morning All,
My name is Aaron Clements and I am the President of the Sigma Epsilon chapter of Pi Tau Sigma at Texas Tech University. I am pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2010 National Convention. The convention will be held February 26-28 in Lubbock, Texas. You can register for the convention at our website, www.orgs.ttu.edu/pts<http://www.orgs.ttu.edu/pts>. To enter the site click on the Greek characters for Pi Tau Sigma and notice the link for the 2010 Convention in the upper left hand corner. Please answer the questions provided and submit your registration for ALL members of your chapter that will be traveling to Lubbock. Registration fees will be $55 per person who is registering. Please send your checks to: Texas Tech University Mechanical Engineering Department Attn: Pi Tau Sigma Box 41021 Lubbock, TX 79409 Make the checks out to Pi Tau Sigma and put your chapter's name in the Memo line so your fees can be appropriated to your chapter. We will have shuttles running from the Lubbock International Airport from 1:00 PM until 4:30 PM on Friday February 26th. We will be starting tours of the University at 3:00 PM, so if you plan on attending the tours please plan your arrival accordingly. If your chapter has an arrival time other than the time the shuttles are running please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will start a shuttle running from the hotel back to the airport starting at 11:30-12:30 on Sunday the 28th. We have special rates and accommodations contracted with the Overton Hotel in Lubbock and plan to have many events at the hotel itself, so please reserve your rooms at the same time that you register with our chapter. All Overton contact information is contained within the Sigma Epsilon webpage. We have arranged an option for those traveling by themselves to Lubbock to allow room sharing to save on costs. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room with another single traveler please note that option on the registration page and check the boxes accordingly.
